Shipping dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Outvion is not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Outvion pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Outvion provides enclosures designed to protect televisions from outdoor elements. Proper installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Outvion shall not be held liable for damage to electronic equipment, personal injury, or property damage resulting from improper installation, extreme weather conditions exceeding product ratings, or misuse of the enclosure.
